Joe Caprio


Joe Caprio is the former CoFounder and CRO of Reprise, the first to market in an emerging category. In under a year, he helped Reprise secure their first $1M in revenue and $20M in funding. Previously, Caprio served as VP of Sales at, which was acquired by ZoomInfo for $575M. Prior to that, he joined InsightSquared as employee #9 and led the sales team through $30M in sales as the company grew to over 200 employees.

As a sales and marketing executive, Caprio has successfully launched three venture-backed startups, growing companies from zero in revenue through multiple rounds of funding and stages of revenue growth. Caprio is known for his ability to find the target audience, identify effective pipeline building strategies, design a sales process that works for your buyer, and recruit and train a high performing, positive culture sales team.

Caprio is an experienced operator, having led teams in demand gen, enablement and training, and traditional sales leadership. His approach is very hands on, as he pulls from his own experience and his network of peers.
