Emma Marty is often referred to as the backbone of the firm. She is a jack-of-all-trades, leading large projects, such as Annual Summit planning and website redesign – as well as managing Glasswing’s day to day operations in close collaboration with Rudina Seseri.
Emma has a deep background in creative. She received her BA in Art History at the Catholic University of America, and subsequently spent six years in gallery design, cataloguing, and project management. During that time, she worked at two prominent galleries in DC – Hemphill Fine Arts, Neptune Fines Arts – and Archival Art Services, a museum framing shop specializing in preserving the nation’s most precious artwork, document and artifacts.
Today Emma continues to fuel her artistic side as a silversmith and jewelry designer. In 2009, she founded Emma Marty Jewelry. She has been featured in Vogue and Washingtonian Magazine. She is inspired by visual and conceptual contrasts.
This attraction to duality extends to and informs her work at Glasswing. While Emma comes to the AI and frontier tech world by nontraditional routes, she finds inspiration in how technology enhances the power of human creativity.
