Glasswing Ventures Leads $5M Seed Investment in AI-Native Contract Intelligence Platform Infinity Loop
We are excited to announce our Seed investment in Infinity Loop, the AI-native contract intelligence platform that diminishes overspending in enterprises by unlocking hidden savings in vendor contracts. As both the procurement consulting and third-party payment markets are expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of around 11% through 2030, Infinity Loop, which automates procurement consulting and more efficiently negotiates third-party spend, is well-positioned to be a category-defining disruptor in these rapidly growing markets.
Today’s enterprises execute hundreds of third-party contracts every year, hiring outsourced procurement management consultants to manually dig into third-party spend data to understand benchmark terms and prices for specific industries and facilitate negotiations. The process is time-consuming and costly, and hidden savings still go unnoticed. With procurement teams’ workloads projected to increase by 10% while budgets increase by only 1%, Chief Procurement Officers are looking to AI to fill in the 9% efficiency gap.
Infinity Loop’s AI-native contract intelligence platform enables procurement teams to reduce their spend and reliance on external consultants by delivering AI-powered playbooks, vendor benchmarking, and automated deal analysis. It leverages natural language understanding (NLU) to evaluate terms, categorize vendors, and assess contract elements to compare a contract’s terms against industry standards. The platform then applies this intelligence to “grade” the contract and generate targeted, data-driven recommendations for negotiation. On average, Infinity Loop helps procurement teams experience 12% in cost savings, amounting to millions of dollars in retained value.
Founder and CEO of Infinity Loop, Nithin Mummaneni, created the company in response to his experience working in the procurement industry. Prior to starting the company, Nithin worked at Compass, where he transitioned from being a Procurement Manager to establishing the company’s Intelligent Automation function as Senior Program Manager. By enhancing contracts and increasing efficiency, Nithin guided Compass to cut its yearly costs by more than $500,000 within a single quarter’s renewal cycle.
Furthermore, Infinity Loop’s Head of Technology, Kevin Liang, brings a strong technical skill set, deep understanding of legal best practices, and years of experience in procurement-related management consulting to the company. Before joining Infinity Loop, Kevin held multiple analytics-related roles at companies such as TELUS and Carpedia International. Kevin has a Juris Doctor (JD) from York University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Toronto.
We are thrilled to partner with Nithin, Kevin, and the rest of the Infinity Loop team as they help enterprises worldwide optimize contract negotiations with AI. It is our honor to co-lead the investment with TIAA Ventures, with participation from Plug and Play, Restive Ventures, and angel investors.
