A Two-day AI Hackathon. Working Products, Demonstrated Live.

Glasswing Ventures ($450M+ AUM, first check in AI-native and frontier technology companies) is hosting a two-day, in-person AI hackathon for a highly selective group of technical builders. Compute and on-site engineering support are provided throughout both days of building. Projects are judged on both technical execution and commercial viability.

THEME: Enterprise-Ready AI

Teams build products that solve real enterprise challenges. In practice, enterprise-ready means more than impressive technology. The strongest projects identify a strong organizational problem, show measurable value, set out a credible path to adoption, and are AI-native rather than AI-enabled.

REQUIREMENTS

Every submission must demonstrate both of the following:

☑ Measurable ROI: quantifiable value to an enterprise: time saved, cost cut, or revenue enabled.

Path to deployment: could a real enterprise run this? Integrations, security posture, and reliability.

SCORING RUBRIC

01: Customer Problem

Does this solve a meaningful business problem?

Questions judges may ask:

  • Is this a challenge that organizations genuinely face today, or one that’s emerging?
  • Who experiences this problem, and why does it matter to them?
  • Is this a workflow companies already spend significant time and/or money on?
  • Why is this worth solving now?
02: Business Case

Is there a clear reason an organization would adopt this?

Questions judges may ask:

  • What does this replace, and what does that cost an enterprise today?
  • What measurable business outcome does this create?
  • How does it improve existing workflows, decision-making, or operational efficiency?
  • How much is the enterprise willing to pay for this solution?
03: Operational Fit

Could this realistically succeed inside an organization?

Questions judges may ask:

  • Who would use this, and who decides to buy it?
  • How does it fit into existing systems and day-to-day workflows?
  • What barriers to adoption have you considered?
  • What does implementation look like beyond the prototype?
04: AI Differentiation

Is AI a nice-to-have or a must-have?

Questions judges may ask:

  • What is the core AI task, and how does it serve the product’s goal?
  • Is the AI your own, adapted from open source, or off-the-shelf?
  • How does the AI in the product evolve as models improve?
  • What data does this need, and would a competitor find it hard to get?
