TensorStax is acquired by Snowflake
Just nine months after announcing its Seed round, TensorStax, the company building autonomous AI agents for data engineering, has been acquired by Snowflake. We are proud to have led the Seed investment based on our conviction that co-founders Aria Attar and Biraj Silwal were addressing an important market need with the right technical backgrounds and business acumen. The acquisition by Snowflake validates the strategic foresight of the founders and Glasswing in bringing AI-native systems to data engineering.
Common Sense Machines joins Google
In January, Google acquired Common Sense Machines as part of its continued investment in multimodal and image-generation AI. We are proud to have supported founders Tejas Kulkarni and Max Kleiman-Weiner from inception, providing the first capital in the company, office space, and early customer introductions.
Atlantic Quantum joins Google Quantum
In Q4 of 2025, Google Quantum announced its acquisition of Atlantic Quantum, a company co-founded by Bharath Kannan, Simon Gustavsson, Jonas Bylander, Youngkyu Sung, and Tim Menke, focused on solving two of quantum computing’s biggest obstacles: cost and scalability. We provided the founders with their first capital based on the conviction that their best-in-class technical expertise, combined with the obvious pain points they were solving and their passion to solve them, would lead to transformative outcomes.
